Daron Franklin

He is a dedicated human performance coach. He guides individuals, organizations, and teams on their journey beyond the edge toward self-improvement and peak performance. For over two decades, Daron’s purpose as a Human Performance Coach has directly impacted the academic, social, and athletic growth of over ten thousand people from diverse school communities in urban, suburban, rural, and affluent areas.

Coach Frank has shared the F42 Empowerment Experience with organizations such as the Grand Prairie Rotary Club, Axis Grand Crossing Housing, Xavier University of Louisiana, the YMCA of Grand Prairie, Texas, Jefferson Parish Schools, Eagle Mountain Saginaw ISD, Warren Easton High School, and others.

As a Human Performance Coach, Daron’s specialty is empowering males to overcome life’s obstacles, regain their confidence, and take control of their futures. Daron’s experiences have made him a model of success for various communities that have been part of his journey.

Daron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Langston University in Oklahoma and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership Degree from Xavier University of Louisiana. Before acquiring the title of “Coach Frank,” Daron played two years of professional football in the Arena 2 Football League and the Indoor Professional Football League. As a former mathematics facilitator, head football coach, and athletic administrator in various communities in the New Orleans and Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan areas. His experiences have established him as a model of success in the diverse communities he has served.
